I've had Observation in my backlog waiting for spooky season. I'm not going to spoil anything (as I don't even know enough to spoil so don't spoil it for me either) but you play as a ship AI in a science vessel in space.

That's all I needed for it to hook me so that's all you're going to get as a hook.

Edit: I think it's also worth mentioning it's less horror and more thriller.

I was about to say I haven't heard much from the developer in a while, but apparently it has a new name and it's behind the new Silent Hill Townfall. Looking forward to playing that at some point, as I too enjoyed Observation.
