What happened to the US military exoskeleton power-suit that was developed 16 years ago/ (lemmy.today)

Almost 20 years ago, the US military developed a powered-suit that allows a soldier to lift weights that normally require two people, and allow one soldier to move tons of sandbags without in many hours without tiring, so what happened to the powered-suit, and if such powered-suit can be used on a construction site for carrying supplies.
