I think the points people are making are 1. they were her staff so she was in a position of power over them, 2. she's married so (unless they're in an open relationship, which is fine) cheated on her husband, and 3. is a huge hypocrite.
Nothing really against sex there.
Yeah, sleep around all you want (unless you're in a monogamous relationship), but don't go around espousing "family values" if you do.
