Looking to make an everyday carry sewing kit that I can have in my backpack for emergency sewing jobs. Other than a needle, thread, and scissors of some kind, any other suggested items and why they would be needed?

I also have a spare button. The most... unnoticeable one that would fit most of the shirts I usually wear.

Disclaimer: old dude speaking, I don't wear t-shirts much or only under a shirt ;)
