Or, trans men are (too) weak and trans women are (too) strong?

Edit: not that I necessarily agree, but it's still not contradictory.

From weakest to strongest

Natural female < FTM (extra testosterone) < MTF (extra estrogen) < Natural male

Therefore, naturally, FTMs are too weak for military, MTFs are too strong for women's sports. Whether MTFs are too weak for military is not a settled question, afaik.
