Laws exist to perpetuate the system, ie capitalism, which is based on exploitation. Also to enforce it with violence—physical and otherwise.
Never any laws in non capitalist countries, nope, none.
We are talking about America, aren't we, smart guy?
This is a statement I can agree to. The clarifying "i.e. capitalism" stating that "the system" is capitalism is what I was arguing against, because that implies that only capitalist places have laws.
