I hate this fucking reality sometimes
the last phone I paid for was a Nokia 3310. I'll continue my scavenging, thank you
The corporate media doesn't even try to manufacture consent anymore, they just write articles like this
now they just tell people they "should", like it's a duty or imperitive
The only hope is they don't find a way to make us all fork out for expensive folding phones like they have regular smart phones

should/shall are very powerful words, they are the words of the Ten Commandments and words in legal statutes.
This is not reality - it's functional fantasy. The horrible part is that there are people that think it IS real.
You're right. I meant as far as an obvious product placement is disguising itself as an article.
Oh I see now. Product placement has been a problem since the James Bond films and is now metastasizing through all culture. Civilisation is about to fall (for the umpteenth time).

It's beginning to feel that way.
In India iphones cost more than a basic car. It's outrageous
and yet, when I bought my first home pc it was really expensive. And a printer too. 1984 spent nearly 3,000 on the whole set up, in today's money that is 11,650. But for us it was an investment in a career .
To some people that amount of money is nothing. Sadly am not one of those people, so I guess their ad wonβt work on me!
