it's fine. and I can have it hot or cold, and using it as an ingredient in anything else is a cinch.

I think you mean four tablespoons, right? Or is that just me..?

Oh god I can't even imagine how strong it'd be with a tablespoon, let alone four. I use 1.5 teaspoons. The container says 1-2
