This is like macroecon 101 shit.
So, theyre either ravenously delusionally insane, or, they're openly declaring themselves the new nobility/aristocracy for the neo-feudalism we now live in.
... or both. Could be both.
What if the Top 1%'s solution to climate change is to just keep going until 90% (or more) of the poors die off?
Then you can cut all your production and pollution by 90% (or more)
It doesn't have to be all at once. Just let people gradually boil, freeze, drown, starve, die of thirst, whatever.
