the decision to allow tax incentives is already made. 3 council members were ousted and will be replaced, probably with people more anti data center.

so.. theoretically, the tax incentives can be reversed, and afaik nothing is under construction yet, and businesses hate uncertainty. so given the current situation at the city council, they may choose not to build a data center anyway.
