Hello. I recently thrifted a Fellow Aiden for around 100 bucks. Aside from not having a box, it was brand new and hadn't been used. I got it without really knowing what I was getting myself into. It's a Fellow product at 75% off, so I bought it.
So far, it's putting out solid cups of coffee with the default settings, but I want to see how much farther I can take it.
Does anyone out there have one of these things? I'd love to hear about your brewing process and the settings you tinker with.

There might be something like that on the app, but I doubt it'd be of any use with local beans. I'll look in to it, at least.
