I cannot fathom the idea of other countries looking at our president and being jealous... that's masochism.
US exceptionalism isn't just a thing Americans got propogandized into. Even places that openly disdain US aesthetics seem to still want US hegemony because it feels like part of what made life normal. Sadly I don't think even Trump is too far of a stretch to break that for people who grew up in the 20th century northern hemisphere.
