Because they are doing so well at stopping cheaters on Arc Raiders right now. Couple that with how they walked back the content releases and then did a partnership with Subway to try and sell their customers sandwiches, Embark can get fucked.
Well, that's the reason they decided to make their own anti-cheat, isn't it? They also thought that their current combination of EAC+Denuvo+Anybrain doesn't work.. Stupid partnerships and ads suck though
