Thing is, they could unban it tomorrow, none of us are buying US alcohol anytime soon.
USA alcohol is still available in Saskatchewan and they report a 40% decline in sales by volume:

There will be a larger decline soon as they will be imposing a provincial 50% tax on USA alcohol starting Sept. 8:
