On the surface that is a very bizarre position to take. They are extremists hell bent on defending and expanding (their version of) Islam and violently crushing opponents, and they offer to be friendly with a regime committing literal genocide of a neighbouring Muslim population?

..Unless of course they were just created to commit horrific acts and scare westerners into hating Muslims, because it was easier than getting people to like Israelis

There's a reason isis always is fighting against the same people the US is trying to control yet they aren't putting any effort into ending Israel. They are an imperialist invention
