He is currently the highest position of the military. I think he counts as a vet, technically
I thought being Commander in Chief gave him authority as a civilian. But I'll be honest... never looked into it. Though, even if I'm right... the guy has 34 felonies so far... not like this would really matter to him at this point.
He qualifies as a mangy dog getting sent to the vet for deworming, sure
