AB-1856 has passed which amends protections and exemptions for easing compliance of open-source platforms.

No, just download an enterprise edition of windows to circumvent unecessary profiling.

For some reason I was able to get an enterprise Windows license stupidly cheap when I built my desktop. Some of the annoying crap I see complained about online doesnt seem to happen on mine.
