I don't think it's possible to become addicted to water?
Man I swear, they put something in it that makes you pee, and then you have to drink more. I heard of a guy who didn't drink for like two days and he fuckin died, man! The withdrawal from whatever they put in there is whack, yo.
What's worse is that every dead person that tried dihydrogen monoxide while they were alive eventually died!
Why not? The people obsessed with chugging water seem addicted to me in comparison to people who just drink when they're thirty or after a workout
What a weirdo fucking comment
What an easy block. Sounds like coca-cola/aquafina got ya lol
Because I fill up my water bottle? Dude feel better, today is not your day
I think he's just a weird troll
It's actually the municipal water company. They've had their hooks in me since birth. I was exposed to it in my mother's womb and now I can't go a single day without it. Tragic, really. Good thing most places make it free.
Yes because it's hard to understand the difference between constantly chugging water and drinking when one is thirsty. I mean they're identical things.
The former of which is bad, of course, because... uhhh... something something companies.
It's literally for nothing except yeah drink companies spent a lot of money convincing you thirst isn't a reliable indicator of what your body needs. Super complicated stuff
Man, it's a shame those companies are the only way we can get water. People who drink too much water are completely in their pockets 😔
I'm thirsty now. The people who paid you are responsible 👿
Ya know learning how to balance extreme thoughts ought to be a kindergartner skill. Thanks for reminding me it's apparently somehow not one.
Its not actually a reliable indicator in the elderly body. And aspiring endurance athletes, recreational runners and cyclists, or those that work outside in the heat need to preempt that shit. They should be drinking water, and electrolytes on longer bouts. You lose 0.5-1.5 liters of water per hour from sweat, and thirst can lag. You can become dehydrated before you even realize, and it can take a long time (up to 24 hours) to get back to normal levels.
Sedentary in a climate controlled room, sure, drink when you're thirsty, I don't care.
Yes, this is the exact falsehood people base all this on. I don't care enough to argue about it or try to convince you because I know how these things go even when it's not a topic that people have formed something of a religion about
That's a lot of years to not drink water.
