Better idea:

Impeach Trump and make him stand trial for his crimes
When he's found guilty, prison forever, repossess his assets
Rename his hotels after Obama or AOC or Rosie O'Donnel and turn them into homeless shelters
Mar a Lago becomes the Donald J Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Museum of Crimes Against Humanity, a free museum that cements their legacy as hateful degenerate criminals for all time
