I had a dog who had incredible amounts of energy. We didn't know what to do with her. Eventually I tried having her pull me around the neighborhood on my downhill racing longboard. She'd pull me at full speed for two loops (~2.25 miles) before she'd slow down. At the time I weighed about 230lbs and she was still clocking most of the run at ~22mph in the Texas heat. Then, we'd get home, she'd run into the pool, do about five laps while drinking and swimming simultaneously, and finally lay down on the patio lounger and sleep under the tree.

R.I.P. Starburst, you crazy damned dog.
