Its how I quit after smoking for nearly two decades. And I quit the vape ~3 years ago. My wife had her last cigarette over a year ago, and has dropped to the lowest nicotine level on her vape.
When people try to ban vapes or ban flavors, I lose my fucking mind. I hated smoking, but I would not have been able to quit without vaping. Without the much more pleasant experience and flavors of vaping. I tried all the other things, gum, patches, wellbutrin...
Vape actually works of you want to quit. And even if you don't, it's still magnitudes healthier than cigarettes.
