My partner does it. And it annoys me. Because it is my routine for them to come to bed atleast at midnight. I litterly wake up when they arent in bed and cant fall asleep unless they are.
I have to walk to the office to find them sleeping only for them to go "no i wasnt sleeping". sigh And no our relationship isnt toxic. We have accepted these differences and learn to live with it
Are you me? I always try to fall asleep without my fiancée with me in bed if I have to get up early, and it did work for a while, but most of the time, I just toss and turn all night and can't fall asleep, so I end up falling asleep later than if I had just stayed up with her in the first place
