Someone who worked with both Presidents talked about the differences between Lyndon Johnson and John Kennedy.
If Kennedy saw someone reading a book he would assume the man was working hard.
If LBJ saw a man reading, he'd assume they were goofing off.
And LBJ would just whip out his dick and plop it on the pages. As a treat.
