i spent a 100 days building up my elo up to 600 (which is low), to end up loosing it all in like 3-4 days

Chess isn't all about elo. Elo is just your relative strength at the game. The point is to think about the moves, tactics and strategy each time it's your turn, which if done correctly leads to better results.

Also when you say you lost it all what do you mean by that? Which time format are you playing? Do you stop playing after you lose 2 games in a row?

I lost like 100 elo and i got angry i didn't know where to express it. It was the rapid 10 minute format, It started with 10 losses in a row, then I've been alternating win and loss since

If you lose 2 in a row stop playing for that day. Take a break, then come back and always analyse your losses to see where you made mistakes. I suggest playing on lichess since their computer analysis tool is completely free.
