Can really only infer about Jaffa from this scene. However, since Goa'uld know everything their host knows, and have genetic memory, I'm certain they are aware of it
And Jaffa certainly were not strict vegetarians. Teal'c's favorite food was turkey.
EDIT: As for Goa'uld, the only time I can remember seeing any eat at all was Nerus, who was gorging on chickens/turkeys.

Definitely not vegetarians, and that even arguably makes them cannibals. The only way you could argue that is not cannibalism is because it's technically the human host who is eating that Goa'uld here. It's not a Goa'uld itself eating the Goa'uld.
But who's in charge of the mouth when they eat goauld? Just check the eyes, if they glow, they're cannibal
