Depends on the country, only on free counties, in other places when some people commented certain death and they were sent to jail, lost visas… so I would be afraid to say anything when this happen, will be only quiet in my corner waiting to get democracy back.
Respectfully, I don't think waiting quietly is how you get your democracy back.
