Also, that lady just let the bike drown! And this dude just continues to narrate casually as possible disaster unfolds in front of him… 😭

Video ends early, article states the person that was trapped was under for minutes, and required CPR until they started breathing on their own again, fire department and police must have been close as they were able to help eventually.
