I know there are many audio distillations of the work, but I cannot absorb information by listening alone. I have been reading on my own, but I would enjoy reading along with the audio of someone reading, especially if they pause to explain certain things in a way a modern reader would understand.

I am willing to pay for a specific translation of the book if needed.

I listened to some episodes of the Reading Capital with Comrades podcast and it was good from what I remember at the time. Give it a try and see if it's what you're looking for.
