I know there are many audio distillations of the work, but I cannot absorb information by listening alone. I have been reading on my own, but I would enjoy reading along with the audio of someone reading, especially if they pause to explain certain things in a way a modern reader would understand.

I am willing to pay for a specific translation of the book if needed.

I don't think this is quite what you're asking for, but A People's Guide to Capitalism by Hadas Their really helped me understand Capital. I believe an audiobook is available too.
