What's a face fine? Is that like a helmet?

I’m assuming you do not know what to face means. Saying to face fine means that if you don’t do something or break rules, you have to pay a fine. Like a monetary penalty.

It means ya have to be pretty that the cops just go "ah your a face is a so fine".
