really drives home how much I need to change my study habits because I am forgetting to eat food other than a super protein smoothie like 70% of the time. I am genuinely going to set loud persistent vibration alarms to remind me to eat and see if it works even if it's humiliating

lost a whole medium point assignment because of wifi issues when everyone actually showed up so now I have to get a new fucking computer or copy and paste everything onto the college's windows laptop which im very afraid i will somehow drop in a ditch while walking around at 2am

You know how to study hard, and you know lots of stuff. Now you need to learn how to balance your life. Trade a few percentage points for quality of life. You're not going to miss them.
