Unless a third party proves that these were Ukrainian drones, or Ukraine admits it, I'm going to to assume that this is Russia, yet again bombing it's own people before elections.

Looks like it was a legit Ukrainian drone going for a nearby radar installation but it was shot down and hit the beach instead.

Seems like a mistake by the russians. I mean they could place their anti drone defense in other areas, maybe, to reduce the chances of civilian victims

Could also likely be a drone was hit by aa and crashed. In any case I cant imagine Ukraine targeting a beach, unless there was a HVT on the beach at the time
