Tbh, you're very early in the game and there is no time limit! Don't feel like you have to have your entire farm organised in year 1. While you explore the rest of the game and work on the community centre, you'll chip away at clearing your farm (and that will get easier as you upgrade your tools).
As others have noted, you can move buildings later. So for now, just put them where there is room. Once the farm is clear, take an in-game day or three to rearrange the layout — and if you do that and decide it's still not quite right, you can change it again.
I like to do big rearrangements in winter because there aren't crops or animals to negotiate. Some of my farms get rearranged every winter for the first few years, as my farm develops and needs change. It's all part of the process.
