“you know who’s behind it? minnesota,” trump said. “because they’re grossly incompetent. i think the governor’s behind it. i don’t think there was an iranian cyberattack. i think minnesota ought to get its act together.”

he went further, dismissing the notion that iran had the capacity or interest to be involved at all: “they like to say, ‘oh, it was iran.’ iran should be so lucky. iran’s got bigger problems than worrying about minnesota.”

This seems like a strange site. Why does it not use capital letters? My eyesight is not the best, so it makes it harder to see the end/start of a sentence. And no names are capitalized either?

And every time it uses the phrase "minnesota water cyberattack trump iran" it just links to its own homepage, which isn't a news organization of any kind, but a marketing consulting agency? What is going on? This absolutely does not seem like a reliable source.
