Lawful channels allowed them to come to America. Now many face deportation to countries they say they won’t survive.

There's one upside to this:

From a legal standpoint, if regular people can be de-legalised, so can be billionaires.

Anyone who amasses more than 1bn should have their citizenship revoked, assets and properties confiscated,

From a legal standpoint, billionaires and politicians can already be arrested and jailed just like us plebs, so I don't see how adding a new law would help even things out.
