Your location data should be considered part of your personal effects just like the contents of your purse or backpack: only subject to inspection by police with a search warrant. It is entirely unreasonable to be digitally tailed in every public space retroactively though time; if a
robots.txtexisted for my location, it'd say “fuck off”.
