I can't speak for Canada. In Germany, Jewish people are at higher risk of harassment than the general population. Synagogues have armored doors, panic rooms and police around them, especially on Jewish holidays. Much more cyclists die every year than Jews. That doesn't negate the problem of antisemitism though.
