Ohh, I thought the headline meant members of organized crime were concerned about the increased surveillance, so they were making a concerted effort to reduce the network coverage
Even smaller criminal orgs can seem heroic, momentarily, when acting against a larger, more pervasive and communal threat.☝🏼
