But they are illegal so until that changes we should smash the state to protect them. Also after that changes.

No person, being, entity etc is illegal. Especially not on stolen land.

"illegal" is just whatever the current regime doesn't like. It's not synonyms with "wrong"

No, they're definitely illegal, and that's why every cop should be killed and a demonstration of why law is incompatible with justice.
