They really want to push the FOMO on these rewards if they're going to make everyone else wait four months from when it was initially available, wow

Eh I think it's more the campaign reward system is proving to be a failure so is changing how it works, and thus in turn how the item rewards got handed out (my guess it was supposed to be a rotation basis)
