The bizarre crashes have left residents scratching their heads. Holly Wagner, a Grant Park local, told WSB-TV that she heard a loud scraping noise and looked up to find a vehicle with two wheels on the ground and two wheels in the air, actively driving down the length of the barrier.

TF these drivers think they are? The Dukes of Hazard?!?
