Could someone suggest a small sailboat that I could also row? (startrek.website)

If it was small enough to pull in a trailer behind an ebike, that would be a plus.

I've seen people fitting small sails on canoes and kayaks.

That's not so much 'a sailboat that you can also row', but a row (paddling) boat that you can also sail, though. With no keel to speak of, they don't have enough stability to take advantage of much side wind, so you basically paddle around most of the time, but if the wind happens to be blowing in the direction you want to go, you can put the sail up and save yourself a lot of paddling effort.

Maybe you could also add an outrigger or two, and that would make it stable enough to really take advantage of the sail better? At that point, you've basically got a very small catamaran.

On the plus side, though, setups like that would definitely be light enough to trailer behind an ebike.
