You can get bags of mixed rocks for tumbling (but you don't have to tumble them) for pretty cheap. If you search "rocks for tumbling" you can find tons of suppliers. I find it cheaper and better to get them directly from suppliers. Most companies that make rock tumblers also sell rocks.
