How would that even work? It's literally a PC. It runs Linux. It's as open a system as you're going to get.

I guess you could do a linux exclusive?

If this was oracle/microsoft there would be a publicly available environment variable you can just set, but is technically illegal.

Not providing a terminal and desktop environment, for instance? Locking down the BIOS? What would it matter if it ran Linux if you could never leave Steam Big Picture?

You could still buy the game on other pcs so it wouldn't be exclusive to steamOS
