Image says it all. Bethesda's being overhauled and Starfield is not on its list of focus/priority.

I had my fun with Starfield. May even play it more in the future. I couldn't care less if ever gets a sequel though.

It simply doesn't have the franchise sauce that Fallout and ES have.
