Is a transistor a door? Then doors (and it's not even close). Otherwise wheels because gears are wheels.
I'd classify them more as gates, not doors.

Depends, I wouldn't say one of these has a door:

Glad I'm not the only one who thought transistor
I'm more likely to count individual bearings in a ball bearing as a wheel than a transistor as a door
They are gates.
