EU is getting worse and worse - and I'm a fucking proponent of a strong European alliance
But I'm having a harder time by now explaining to right wing idiots, why this alliance is good, despite all the problems, we should work on
At least this time, those right wing idiots are still desperately sucking up russian propaganda, so they probably see this as a good move
But everything really starts to suck...
This isn’t a pro Russia move, it’s the opposite. Ukraine wants to keep these people in the military, not run off to the EU and get protection from being sent back. Russia would love less Ukrainian soldiers on the front line

The right wing idiots will think though "haha, those idiots can't flee anymore and be on our pocket"
Edit: And I personally just don't feel well, with forcing people into the military, when they try to flee the war
