Investors should have learned by now that Musks endeavors are 100% ADHD cycle projects; hyper focus, obsess, launch, start to lose interest, hop on the the next, abandoning previous project, instead of building on the success.

Perhaps in his method, but I recognize it as the classic and predictable CEO grift. Sell an idea. Take in investment, of which you enrich yourself with a large percentage. Realize some small portion of the original plan, and then pivot to another idea or sell. There is some magical ratio of profit to bag holder that once passed informs them its time to exit.
