I have to agree, but with this admin it’s equally likely that someone incompetent did it by mistake, didn’t notice, was later told about it, and then didn’t care enough to fix it.
According to the Newsweek article, It is unclear whether the viral photo is genuine or, if it is, whether the upside-down flag was a mistake or an act of protest by a disgruntled employee.
If it was actually like this, it was only up for twenty minutes.
They could be flying or upside down for their asinine and bigoted reasons too. The news story about this is below.
