They are better while they are still frozen. Love me a bowl of frozen mixed berries, even worth the seeds that stick in the teeth.
If you have a good blender frozen fruit is great with some soy milk. Makes a nice smoothie.
My protein shakes when I worked out were some kind of milk, yogurt, protein powder, creatin, frozen berries, and a banana if I had them. If I wasn't in a rush at least.
